Underwear Guy Review: Sears Covington Bikini Brief Review
Designer/Manufacturer: Covington
Website: www.sears.com
Price: $12.00 3-Pack

Covington is an exclusive clothing label available for purchase at Sears stores and Sears.com online. The Covington underwear line is comprehensive including regular white briefs, fashion briefs, bikinis, trunks and boxer briefs. This review covers the ribbed cotton Covington Bikinis sold in a package of 3 in a variety of prints and solid colors. The 100% cotton material has a good amount of stretch to it, is a nice level of thickness that feels substantial and is soft and comfortable for all-day wear. The design of the bikini has a double-layer shaped front that helps prevent any crushing feeling and provides some shaping in the outline although not as uniquely designed as other premium lines like Unico or Cin-2. The backside of the bikini is cut a little too generously although it is not too distracting from the overall fit. The advertised size ranges are accurate as the medium fit well after washing and drying.

The Grades:
Fit: B+ The front fit of these bikinis is good, worth an A- but the backside fit could use some improvement thus the lowered B+.
Design: A- These are basic bikinis so there isn’t a lot to attribute to the design score but the colors and pattern choices are excellent.
Material: A

The cotton is an excellent blend and makes for a very comfortable wearing experience.

Construction: A

Solid seams with no lose threads and an even cut makes for a positive review of the manufacturing standards.

Overall Grade: A- Despite the drawbacks on the fit all the other scores are solid and I found these budget-priced briefs a pleasant surprise.

Would I buy another pair? Yes, although with 3 in each pack you get a great deal but I would buy another package if I were interested in buying more bikinis.

Thank you for reviewing these, and bringing them to my attention. I often forget that Sears still even exists. I'll have to find the one most nearby to check these out. I do see how in the picture they seem to bunch up in the rear, which is unfortunate. The Sears web site says they are on sale until November 17 for $9 for a 3 pack

I have a couple of packs of these, and they are some of my favorites. They fit well in the front which is always a concern for me as I have a larger than average package. A lot of the bikinis out there will crush and be uncomfortable, but not these. I do have to add that these are probably my favorite ones to sleep in, so you should try it. I would absolutely buy these again.

These remind me a lot of the old "Underwear Exchange" bikini briefs from Target, which I loved. I wish they still made those.

I tried these covington bikini style underwear, and again they are the most comfortable underwear i have put one, especially in the front, holding my package. They hold it in place, but dont squish it and they look pretty good, and they for the most part are extremely reasonably priced. I agree too that they are my most favorite underwear to sleep in also....
