I purchased these bikini briefs quite a few years ago and surprisingly, they are still being made and are still available from the same online store I ordered them from, Canadian underwear retailer TopDrawers. Fagioni Inc. is a Canadian lingerie and intimate apparel manufacturer that sells a selection of men's underwear including several thong styles as well as this bikini cut. Most of the underwear items from Fagioni are made from a stretch satin material composed of 90% polymide/nylon and 10% spandex. The material is quite thin with a matte finish on the inside and a very shiny finish on the outside. These briefs are available in a wide selection of colors although the original "orchid" color I purchased is now only available in the thong cut. The current color options include standard black and white as well as red, blue, yellow, "sea green" and a brighter color of purple. The style of this item is a classic bikini with a minimal 1/4" covered elastic waist and leg-bands and a low-rise design. The fit is true-to-size although you'll want to note the somewhat wider size ranges for this brand with the mediums stated to fit a 30" - 34" waist. The back of this bikini is not full coverage and is a half-back design which you might have to get used to in terms of how it feels but otherwise it's comfortable. The sides of the bikini narrow to a minimal 1/2" excluding the elastic from the waist and legs. The front of the bikini is designed with a center seam and enough of a pouch in the pattern design to allow for a good fit. The front is only single layer material so keep in mind your lines will be visible. The center seam has a slight angle at the waist line which creates a flattering v-shape running off to the sides. The 2" long by 1/2" tall logo and wash/care tag is placed in an unusual spot in the front pouch on the inside which seems like an unnecessary deviation from the normal back location but thankfully it doesn't create any notable comfort problems.

The Grades:

Fit:	A-	This is a comfortable bikini good for loungewear, or bedtime/bedroom wear. I don't envision this being used as a standard all-day wear underwear item although the fit is comfortable enough that it could work should you choose. There's nothing specially engineered or designed in the pouch so don't expect any special lift or shaping but it's comfortable nevertheless.	Pouch Fit
Design:	B+/A-	There's nothing too flashy in the design of this bikini but the unique cut, shiny finish and wide range of colors help make it stand out from other underwear items.
Material:	B+/A-	I am only going to judge the material based on the expectation that it work for short-term wearing. It's a completely synthetic blend so I wouldn't expect any great performance for athletic activities and the thinness doesn't speak to any great durability but neither of those are important requirements for intimate wear. Overall for the intended wearing situations I would say this is a solid material good for wearing for the right occasions.
Construction:	A	The construction of this bikini brief appears very good with clean seams and very good stitching on all the covered elastic bands. The pattern cut appears very even and symmetrical.
Overall Grade:	A-	This bikini brief earns solid scores across the various categories so it's a positive A- grade for the final wrap-up.
Would I buy another pair? Sure, I would consider another pair in one of the other colors available and perhaps in one of the thong cuts as well.
